Chief Executive Officer

with Waterford.org

The Organization

In a sentence: Waterford.org (Waterford) is a $65M organization that provides science-backed early learning software for young children, as well as training and support for families and educators, with a focus on promoting equity and excellence in education.

The current landscape: Waterford is working towards solving the problem of educational inequality by providing access to high-quality early childhood education to all children, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. They recognize that the early years of a child's life are critical for their development and that not all children have access to the resources they need to succeed in school and beyond.

“Waterford is giving you that platform to fill those holes and meet the needs of your students right where they are. So it's adaptive. Let them work at their pace and it's going to continue to lead them down that path of success, wherever that may be on their level.”

- Bridget Powell, School Principal

WHAT STAKEHOLDERS SAY

“I just started asking parents, tell me what you think about Waterford. And you can be honest, you can tell me anything! Every single parent and grandparent, I have a lot of grandparents using it with their children as well, have been so positive.
