In a sentence: Envision Education is a $30M charter management organization seeking to spread the importance of educational equity and performance assessment through its charter schools located in the Bay Area and its national consulting arm.

The current landscape: Envision Education has an ambitious goal of reaching one million students across the nation via its national consulting arm by 2033. To do so, the organization needs a Chief Innovation Officer to serve as its second-in-command, be a strategic thought partner to the CEO, and manage the senior leadership team to be accountable for meeting key metrics related to the strategic plan.
